I am Krista Schafer...
The Founder, Certified Holistic Life and Leadership Coach, Certified Reiki Master, Certified Pole Fitness trainer, and Certified Nutrition Coach here.
Jez-Mir-Izing exists to help individuals become healthy and confident. I provide monthly coaching for people that want to rise up to unleashing their most healthy and confident self.
The defining moment happened in 2013 I had returned from a wedding in the Virgin Islands itching constantly. My friend who was with me suggested I allow her to do distance Reiki on me. I was desperate for relief. Although, I did not know what that meant, I agreed. 15 minutes later, my itching was gone. After several incredible, but intense experiences with Reiki, I knew this was my calling.
I cleaned up my past and started teaching people how they can do the same: I watched their confidence and health escalate! I have since made a commitment to coach men, women and children on how to live their most healthy and confident life - moving forward past limiting beliefs that are standing in their way. I work with many people like you who are determined, independent, self-driven, honest, natural-born leaders, teachers, and coaches.

With over a decade in the coaching industry, I specialize in helping moms, bosses, managers, assistants, nurses, doctors, students, other coaches, etc. Rise Up To Unleashing their Most Healthy and Confident Self. I help you discover your own confidence and power from with in, I help you create boundaries, I help you to rid your heart, body, mind, and soul from self-destructive triggers, traumas, and toxins. I help adults become fit and well through Reiki, and Alternative Medicine and Children through Pole Fitness and Aerial Fitness. Adults can take pole and aerial fitness courses via my online courses.

Jez-Mir-Izing was created for you- a way for one to eliminate stress, be free and become aware of the trigger points in order to move forward and away from the traumas in life.
You have me- Krista as your health and confidence expert and consultant. I work on the inner and outer principals for success, I look at your health and trigger/trauma results from an organic and spiritual perspective. What that means for you is that you get a wise-sage-meets-kick-butt authentic health and confidence coach. I am very spiritual, and I do not pretend to hide it either. Because I am not delicate, you will always get a straight to the point quick and honest response.
I am concerned with how to get your health and confidence rolling in FAST and STOP wasting your energy, time, money, and power on FADS that won’t get you to your best healthy and confident self.
You may not like what I have to tell you, but you can be sure of the truth - the truth about what’s standing in the way of your success and how to get rid of it FAST so you can start getting results in record time.

Closed on all holiday and weekends unless a party is scheduled 30 days prior with me- Krista.

South street or parking on the east side of the building.
ENTRANCE:
Enter through the south door (the door that has the sign "200 W Bowen Ave" above it)
Go upstairs, take a left, then head straight
* For the Pole and Aerial Fitness room: go straight into the Pole and Aerial Fitness room
* For the Reiki and Holistic Coaching room: take a right when you get to the JMI Pole and Aerial Room, there you will see on your left the Reiki and Holistic Coaching room
Take your shoes off at both entrances of the rooms and place in the designated cubbies. Place your personal belongings in the cubbies as well.
Hang your coats up behind the doors.
Bathrooms can be found right across from both these rooms
