My signature Integrative Cancer Care program will help you as the cancer patient alleviate painful symptoms, relax, and together we will fight though the psychological challenges that cancer treatments create.
With interactive treatments for your mind, body, and heart, you'll learn how to disconnect from the world around you and connect and care for the incredible person you are inside.

INTRODUCING...
THE INTEGRATIVE CANCER CARE PROGRAM
CONNECT WITH WHAT MATTERS MOST.
Learn how to disconnect from the noise around you and tune in to what's happening in your mind, body, and heart. I'll teach you how to:
- Clear your mind with holistic coaching and meditation
- Connect with your body through pole, hammock aerial fitness and other alternative medicine treatments
- Align your body with your mind
It’s time to nurture yourself like never before.
MONTH #1
Assess your current emotional, mental, and physical state, and identify the next steps in your journey.
Establish what your medical teams process and plans are for your holistic coaching session.
Then, you will receive your first Reiki treatment and together, we will create your customized tea blend, essential oil mix, and determine the nutritional requirements to implement right away for the first phase of your treatments.
MONTH #2
We will reassess where you started and where you are at currently with nutrition, emotions, mental well-being and what physical needs we need to implement.
We will check-in with your medical team and see what the second phase will look like for you.
You will receive Reiki, a Holistic Coaching session and then we will work on a personalized tea blend for this second phase. Along with cupping or a gua-sha treatment.
MONTH #3
A repeat of month 2 will occur. With another personalized tea blend and and another personalized essential oil blend.
This is where you may need more Reiki treatments and more hammock time versus active movement and holistic coaching. More bath soaks, meditation/journaling and REST.
*Keep in mind you do have emergency access to me and I can make arrangements to visit you in the hospital and or at home (if in Bismarck/Mandan/Dickinson/Minot ND). If outside of those areas, there is the Distant Reiki and Zoom virtual Holistic Coaching meetings that can be performed.
We will also discuss if you want to continue another 3 months or stop for a moment.
*Keep in mind that this is all based off of what your physical body is needing and what you want and where you want to go. Along with what your medical team predicts and suggests next.

My Journey to Integrative Wellness
My journey with Reiki began in 2013 after returning from a wedding in the Virgin Islands with persistent itching. A friend suggested distance Reiki, and desperate for relief, I agreed. Although I didn't fully understand Reiki at the time, I was amazed by my experience. That moment sparked a curiosity that would eventually become my calling.
After several profound and transformative experiences with Reiki, I knew I wanted to help others explore complementary approaches to wellness and discover new ways to support themselves.
Over the years, my work has evolved into a holistic approach that combines Reiki, wellness education, and personalized coaching to support individuals navigating life's challenges and working toward greater balance, confidence, and quality of life.
